The A-800MS is planned to replace all A-400M as a Heavy and Long Range multi-mission cargo airplane. Is able to transport more than 80 Tonnes of Fret/Payloads, 2 MBT (Main Battle Tank) 3 Armored vehicles, 6 HUMVEE, 140 people on " removable booster seat" or 110 paratroopers with equipment, 2 Helicopters, Air to Air Refueling, SpecsOps / STOL missions and Assault missions.

Its design as the new research about low RCS (Radar Cross Section) to be less detectable than a bird on enemy radars and allow a very good efficiency for maintenance and low fuel consumption to improve the autonomy of the plane.
